Are you a new patient? Call the office to book an initial assessment as your first visit requires a longer appointment. We are booking new patients into May.

If it has been longer than 6 months since you’ve seen Dr. Floyd, please do not book online. Your returning visit will require a longer appointment block. Instead, please call or email to book your returning visit.

If you don’t see any options available for your preferred date, please add yourself to our waitlist, and we will let you know if an appointment opens up.
