The clinic will be closed December 21st - 29th and January 1st for the holidays. Regular office hours on December 30th & 31st, and January 2nd & 3rd.

Online booking is for current patients only.

New patients: please call the office to book your initial assessment. We are currently booking new patients in January.

If it has been longer than 6 months since you’ve seen Dr. Floyd, please do not book online. Your returning visit will require a longer appointment block. Instead, please call or email to book your returning visit.

If you don’t see any options available for your preferred date, please add yourself to our waitlist, and we let you know if an appointment opens up.
